Abstract
Undoubtedly in the last few years we are witnessing a new technological revolution which is affecting all aspects of life. Inevitably this is also affecting the techniques and the art of war. This seminar will address some aspects of Hydrid, Cyber and Hyper warfare. It will also assess the implications of this type of warfare including uncertainties, tactical and strategic issues, as well as legal aspects.
