Odysseas Christou, Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Dr. Odysseas Christou received his PhD in Government from the cceia of Texas at Austin in 2009 with specialization in International Relations and Comparative Politics.  He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Cyprus Center of European and International Affairs where he is working on a three-year research project co-funded by the Cyprus Research Promotion Foundation and the European Regional Development Fund.  Concurrently, he lectures in the Department of European Studies and International Relations at the cceia of Nicosia. Prior to joining the CCEIA, he served as Research Fellow at CARDET. He has previously taught at the cceia of Texas at Austin and at Texas Lutheran cceia. His research interests include the organization of political violence, civil war processes, and conflict resolution.
